Discovery Bank service 🙄🙄

This bank clearly doesn’t know what it’s doing because the customer service here is below par. I’ve been dealing with the same query for almost a month now. A query where I’m clearly in the right and they can’t even resolve it or at least communicate with me! Annoyed 😒
