Fleecing my father with Dementia by refusing to close old Disccovery card that was defunt in Oct 2021. Have been deducting fees for one year and five months and when cancel there's a computer error or if you want a refund then a manager must approve and then THEY DO NOTHING. Just another **** same as OUTsurance.
