Discovery Bank Savings A Lie

I needed to join Discovery Bank in order to use the travel benefit. Prior to joining, I had noticed on the website that it mentions for flights, 'If you are a Discovery Bank client only (without Vitality Health), you can save between 10% and 40%.' However this was not the case once I had joined with obtaining a basic account Gold Transaction account. I did not receive the Discovery Bank savings as stated above. On the Discovery Bank app it states,' Your current bank product doesn't qualify for a Vitality Money benefit.' It is quite deceiving that the savings are mentioned if you join Discovery Bank but no where does it mention which account is needed.
