Discovery bank ***** Sadly lacking

I am writing this review because I am at my wits end with discovery bank taking over a month to resolve a ***** case on my account. I was held at gun point and ****** of all my belongings in my house on the 6th December 2024. One of those items ****** was my phone, somehow without me providing the ******s with any means of getting into my phone they were able to get into my account transfer money from savings and spend all the money i had in my account. This happening over December put extreme financial stress on myself and my wife. It has been over a month and now the bank does not want to refund me that money because of lack of evidence, even after I provided them with the case number and an affidavit from the police explaining what happened. This just shows that even if you follow rules and be an upstanding citizen Discovery will find a way to not help.
