Discovery Bank *****s money!!!!
Discovery bank took money out of my account three times with out notifying me or communicating about this. They almost took a total off 12900 without my premmision or any communication that this was due or that they are going to take it, according to their manger they are allowed to do it with out asking or telling. We have called 5 times send an email just to see this morning at 01:30 they took more money they do not want to return my money!!!!
I want my money back!!!!
They did not even give us any reference numbers or anything.

27 Oct 2023, 11:46They say it is for over limit credit, but they can not just take money out of my account without communication or a fair warning this is all of my money. I need the money back. I would happily arrange a pay rather than losing all that money, and way take money three times??
And yet I am still waiting for communication or someone to came back to me.

Please pardon my delayed response.
In relation to your credit agreement, we can set off all obligations you owe to us from time to time, which are due but have not been paid on your due date for payment, against money you have in all the bank accounts you hold with us, from time to time.
Our process for accounts in default, do not limit our rights under common law or the NCA.
