Discovery Bank *******

Spoke to Discovery Bank about unauthorized deductions last month. Was told they are aware of problem but cannot resolve. They offered to reverse future deductions each month as and when they occur but would not be able to reverse the earlier months deductions. Month end has come and gone with another R900.11 deducted without refund. I'm closing my account. Cannot afford to bank with Discovery. So far this year I am almost R3000 out of pocket because they cannot fix their mistake.
