Discovery Bank Rewards

One of the main reasons for joining discovery bank was the gym booster benefit. Today I wanted to activate it but could not. On calling the urgent I have been informed that it was discontinued and communication was sent on the 1st of July 2022. Immediately went to check my emails on this date, but there is no communication. I was not informed on signing the contract that any of the benefits promised upon joining discovery bank will be removed as time goes by.
