DISCOVERY BANK RENAMED ***********
My account with Discovery bank was opened 4 months ago, Debit orders requested to be switch, salary switched to them, debits bounced on nedbank, unpaid fees, Discovery advised on the 15th that this would be paid, ntn done and now I get an email saying debit order switching in progress, my salary has already been switched back to Nedbank as my ITC has been destroyed cos of an UNHEALTHY BANK that has cost me a bad name. DO NOT TOUCH MY ACCOUNT OR ELSE I will follow this up with the Ombudsman, DO NOT use me as a Guinea *** for your banking experience, I have come from the bank and this service is PATHETIC and I would never ask any person to ever switch their bank to DISCOVERY

04 Feb 2020, 08:50This is very ridiculous, since i requested not to switch my debit orders, it was still done and now i have unpaids on discovery side. Aside from that the reversal of dec unpaids have not yet been done and we are going onto week 4 since that request. Discovery has become *********** and a bank that i should have never trusted. Is this the service that Mr Adrian Gore has implemented as the bank service and processes are pathetic.
