Discovery Bank Problem After Problem
Receiving no cashback anymore, no Vitality Money. Charged interest when I had selected minimum payment option to make sure interest avoided. Called in and sent help request emails and received totally unhelpful responses and no resolution to any of the problems. I understand there may be some teething issues with migration across but starting to wish I hadn't made the move. There are no issues with Discovery debit orders coming off your account, but as soon as it comes to cash back and/or credit payments there are countless issues and you have to jump through hoops to get them resolved. Some contact and resolution of numerous issues would be appreciated. Very frustrated and disillusioned customer.
