Discovery Bank poor service

Tried calling them twice to get a statement since they left FNB. On hold each time for 20 minutes and no one answers the phone. You press all the required numbers and just get loud music. No please wait and we will attend to you shortly. Lousy unprofessional service from Discovery bank! Still cannot get any help. I am also sure they will not read this and make any attempt to contact me. They have become arrogant! Not a service orientated company any longer.
