Discovery Bank - Poor Service

Good day, Discovery bank demands their credit card non-payment. I never owned a credit card from Discovery bank but then I received letters of demand. I spoke to one of their Consultants in March'23 and advised me that it was a mistake the amount will be written off up to date they still send me letters of demand. I have been contacting them to remove this against my name with no success.

We see that you had a Discovery Credit card which was opened in April 2020.

You case is currently being investigated as we need to listen to the call that you had.

Once the investigation is concluded we will advise.

Good day, I had a non-credit Discovery card, how do I owe the bank if I had such a card? Hence your consultant confirmed that it was a system mistake I should not owe any money to Discovery.
