Discovery Bank poor service
What an absolute disaster, I've been trying to migrate my old Discovery Credit Card to the new Discovery bank. Well, typical SA poor service, 3 months later and they are still struggling! The worst part is that there is absolutely NO communication between the new so-called bank and me as a client - NO call replies, NO email replies, TOTAL incompetence and lack of service, not to mention their complete failure to provide a service. Not even, after receiving a mail from Mr **** himself did anything change. WHY I ever decided to migrate i don't know but with all the frustration and poor service I can't see them getting far. Seriously Discovery Bank "close your doors" if you had any, biggest problem for me now is where do I go to to close my account???? You're pathetic service means I can't call you and expect a reply or to speak to a person with knowledge and proper customer service s****s so I'm LOST!!!! I need to get my stuff away from you soon but HOW!!!!???? Absolutely shocking, typical South African service levels....THERE ARE NO BANKING OFFICE I CAN GO TO TO DO THIS SO WHAT NOW??????
