Discovery Bank Poor service

I get at least 3 adverts every day to open a bank account with Discovery bank. I have been trying to do so for 4 months and get a reference number but no one gets back to me. I have given up on Discovery Bank. and am sticking with my original Bank. Such nonsense does not inspire confidence in a new bank. Please stop the daily adverts they are tedious
