Discovery bank poor experience with personal loan

Hi I am reaching out to you guys as I was using my wife's profile but here I am Ziyaad Cassim Aboo who app**** for a personal loan with you guys with absolutely no feedback at all. Its really frustrating because everyday I have to call, you guys make no effort to call back. Or give any feedback. Please check with the investigating team and get back to me so I know if I should go ahead and apply with african bank as I am pre approved there as well. My credit history is very good, and I dont have much credit on my name as well
