Discovery Bank please let me close my account.

Discovery Bank, please let me cancel my account. I have not used my account in about 2 years and am still being charged fees even though I have twice asked for this account to be closed. This was first an FNB card and then moved over to Discovery Bank and i have now been charged annual fees or almost R900 for a service I have not even used. I dont want to be called by an agent convincing me to stay. I want to close my account. Now i debited every month for an account that I do not even have a card for. This is twrrible service.
