Discovery bank personal loan

I app**** for a personal loan on 27th March 2026, submitted everything then my application went to ***** department i called in for 1 week then only did a agent tel me what they needed as there was a mismatch of identification they asked for my picture holding my id I sent that through as well but it was long weekend so they didnt get back to me they said Tuesday when I called in Tuesday they said they were busy with another application of ***** and will get back to me before the end of the day otherwise I should call back by 3 o clock I did so becuase I didnt receive a call then they said the next morning the investigator will call me so I didnt receive a call and I called back they gave me the same story as yesterday and its 2 weeks now that I didnt get any sort of call or feedback from them, I can get approved straight away for a personal loan on my name as my credit history is excellent i chose discovery bank becuase they quick if I knew it will take so long I would have never app**** with them, so im waiting till the end of today to see if anyone calls otherwise I'm just going to cancel my application and get a personal loan with nedbank as I have been pre approved of a big amount. Discovery bank are just loosing clients for no reason.
