Discovery bank payments take too long to reflect
Since taking over my Discovery Card to Discovery bank, I am getting no joy. I paid transferred money to my card last week Thursday(2019/10/17), On Tuesday (2019/10/22), i called them , since they don't have an e-mail option where i can register my concern, that the money i transferred to my Discovery Bank card has not yet reflected, they told me that it takes 2 working days to reflect. it might have been disturbed by the weekend, probably it should reflect Today(2019/10/22) or Tomorrow(2019/10/23) , but nothing to date. Today is Friday (2019/10/25) still the money does not reflect.

Kindly note a payment to your Discovery Bank account normally reflects within 2 working days.
However, you made the payment into your old FNB Discovery Card, therefore the payment needs to be re-directed to Discovery Bank, this takes an additional 3 to 5 working days to be allocated.
In future, please pay directly into your Discovery Bank account to avoid any delays.
