DISCOVERY BANK PATHETIC SERVICE
Good day,I did application for a Discovery bank Credit Card,I never used the account,as I cancelled it the next day.Im receiving sms’ from them to say my account is in arrears,and I will be listed at the Credit Beaura.How can I pay for something I cancelled and never used.I called the bank and told them the situation, I was then put to a banker,that said supposedly was sending me a verification code to go in the account,No message came through,he also asked me a few verification questions,which I supposedly failed.Guys Be on the lookout for DISVOVERY BANK,they really give bad service and they are **** as hell.I need an answer ASAP😡

17 Dec 2025, 11:48My question is how can I pay for something I never had?I want a closure to this account, as I closed it in September.I never even received a card,as i seriously never even make use of this account,so if the account is not closed immediately, as well as the balance on the account be written off, I will give you 5days to settle everything and then I will take it to the media.Closing of this account had to be done ASAP,an urgent response will be appreciated. THANK YOU
