Please, please do not get involved with this banking institution in any way. They are the most *********** people on planet earth. I have a fixed deposit account which has matured and it is impossible to get my funds. I have contacted them on numerous occasions, but only to receive another *********** banker / manager and another ref. Nola - ref ***5 - no resolve Mbali (Manager) - ref ***3 - no resolve Nomphumelelo (Manager) - no resolve I have now escalated to the Ombudsman to hi-light the theft that this institution is committing. Hopefully this will assist someone in the future. I will be cancelling all my dealings with Discovery. They are just the pits.
