Discovery Bank - Not Working!!!! Call Centre not Working

I have a Discovery Credit Card. While Discovery was managed by FNB it actually worked. Discovery Bank transferred all account / card information etc. to their Bank. I downloaded the banking app on my mobile and it is still not working after numerous attempts to get it running. It is just going through a loop.

Eventually i was able to access my account through my Desktop machine but i am still not able to do transfers. I decided to withdraw cash from my Account as i needed funds. I am still not able to withdraw money from my account after phoning the Call Centre 4 Times every time it is a different story. The account is not active or you must use Cheque account etc.!!!!!!!!!!

What is going on at Discovery Bank????
