Discovery Bank not updating records - bad service

We have a employee who left our employment two years ago and still every week we receive a call from this institution regarding this employee - despite the fact that we tell every time that she is not working here anymore and that we do not have her details. We also ask that a note be made on the system. Still the calls. This is the worst service ever!
