Discovery Bank not updating my payment which is messing my credit record

I've made an immediate transfer and paid R2500 on the 03rd of January and it's reflecting on the Discovery Bank website. However, my account still shows in arrears and not updated on their records since the 03rd of January. This is messing with my credit record and would like Discovery to sort their system out. I've spoken to 3 or 4 consultants without any success. One told me there's a batch that is only running on a Wednesday, but my account is still not updated.
