Discovery Bank - not up to scratch

Without any requests/correspondence from Discovery Bank at all for Fica docs - they froze my account - no warning - no correspondence requesting documents- nothing. Try calling and have to go thru endless voice prompts only to be bounced around from department to department- not one person can give me an explanation- useless...
