Discovery Bank Not Returning Emails - Or Calls

I am requesting my Discovery Bank to intervene to assist me in reclaiming R10 000.00 that was paid into an incorrect account - I need to send a letter of demand to the Account Owner and Discovery are not assisting or responding to my requests through channel.
