Discovery bank not looking out for it’s clients!!!!

On the 16th of January 2026 I made a purchase to buy a bed from a **** company called BEDRITE costing an amount of R3 799.00. On the 17th of January 2026, After realising that the company is a ****, I called my bank (discovery bank) and notified them of the purchase I made and would like them to please reverse the money on my behalf. The whole week from the 17th of January until 23 January I was communicating with Bedrite company to deliver my bed because an agreement was that it is same day delivery and nothing was never delivered even up to date, I still have not received the bed I purchased.On the 24th of January 2026. I received money back into my account (3 799.00). I thought the case was closed as all was solved. In the 25 of February I received an amount of R2000 into my bank account and the money immediately disappeared from my account. I contacted discovery bank again because the transaction of the money (R2000) going out of my bank account was not appearing on my bank statement. They explained to me that the merchant that I used to purchase the bed, which is payfast had come and disputed the reversal of the amount of R3 799.00, so VISA had to pay the merchant. So they (discovery bank) took the R2000 rand in my anccount in order to pay VISA back. Meaning I have not won In terms of getting my money back from the **** (bedrite) and my bank failed to negotiate for me because they literally took the money they had reversed back to the merchant. I asked the consultant to say that why when the merchant was disputing the transaction was I not contacted and told about it? And why is the amount of R2000 disappeared in my account not appearing on my statement? The bank and its employees are ****** and ****mers. ***** team has never came back to me after I sent them all relevant documents that they have requested from me. Discovery Bank is a ****!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬 Bedrite is a ****!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬 Payfast is a ****!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬 I want my money back, I worked hard for that money….it is my salary!!!!!
