Discovery bank not keeping Discovery Standards

Ridiculous No service No after service No communication We have been with Discovery manyvyeas on medical and insurance We decided to bank with them well if things are not sorted we will be going back to our old bank that had service and communication s****s My husband app**** for Credit card I have been waiting for 3 weeks and endless calls from my side being putt on hold not getting back to me. Never have answers and im waiting for my secondary card ... Seriously ******* service! We have spoken to so many operaters I need to travel and my card need to me in my name. Discovery needs to Jack this up Im going to complain on all social media platforms to get this sorted. My last call was yesterday at around 13:13 no one can tell us whats happebing to the process and why ? If you log a complaint theres no one that gets back to you This is endless nonsense and lack of communication and their behalf 3 weeks who will pay me for the time I have taken off to phone.... Who will pay my phone bill
