Discovery Bank not helping

I am really struggling with Discovery Bank. I'm just trying to achieve the simple task of lowering my Credit limit after Discovery decided to more than double my credit limit. Been three weeks now and my limit is still not changed after repeated calls to ask to decrease my limit. I'm moving to a different bank
