Discovery Bank not cheking their emails

Good day

I received emails and sms messages from Discovery Bank a while ago requested me to send my FICA Documents to them (Proof of Address).

I've sent my documents to them on 30 August 2022 already. And to date, every day, I keep on receiving requests and threats saying my account is now blocked and I need to Comply?

Please can someone from Discovery Bank revert back to me VIA EMAIL (Hard Copy Proof) stating they received my documents and I want a proper apology from them for blocking my account and rectifying this TODAY STILL.

This is Unacceptable. I have proof to show that my documents have been sent on 30 August 2022 at 15:55 to *** as stated in their request to me.

This is unacceptable in *********** from the person sitting behind the desk and checking that email inbox.

Hi Christiaan

Our FICA team has advised that the lease you submitted was incomplete, you only sent the front page.

The lease agreement must include your full names and captured address and be dated and signed by both the landlord and you.

Kindly submit your lease with all the information advised.
