Discovery bank not assisting at all

I am really getting frustrated now and I'm going to cancel my Discovery card and I will refuse to pay it because I am not going to pay for something I can not use for months and not getting any assistance. Discovery phones nonstop for us to get debt, but when we do it, we get no assistance whatsoever, but they expect to get paid! 4 months of phoning, emailing and them promissing to help and nothing gets done.
