Discovery Bank - No response on ID card booking

I would like to express my dissatisfaction for the service I recieved from Discovery Bank - certainly not a good look for them as they general provide good service.

I have been trying to book a timeslot for my ID card to be done but I have had no response for the DH_DHA email address they provided. I was also told someone would call me back to assist with the process and not even this could be followed through.

I am very disappointed in the lack on service here.
