Discovery Bank no customer service.

I want to Close my Bank account with Discovery Bank. They don't answer there phone to close bank account. I have Phoned them 2 times and they tell me they will phone me back. Please stick to your old bank. Discovery Bank don't have any service. Only way to communicate with Discovery bank is phone.
