Discovery Bank Nightmare

Given the brand and reputation Discovery has lost the trust of Clients with the new bank its totally pathetic and service is the worst by far I have witnessed in SA. I have been sending proof of address documents almost 18 times all I get is automatic sms to send again they don't call Clients you must call them always I lost 230 just on phone calls alone.

The C, E, O must address this segment if Discovery reputation is of importance I was better with Fnb since I attempted the migration it's been worse I have lost respect for Discovery, fix your call center and sales agents department if you want this bank to survive you have employed staff who do not have customer interest. One more last please stop sending me sms to resubmit documents.
