Discovery Bank must surely be the worst bank in the world to be a client of. It's near impossible to make contact in a reasonable time. When one finally gets through and asks for changes to be made, it is not done and one then has to start all over again in trying to speak to someone. As for the never-ending options one has to press before getting to speak to someone, that's a nightmare. How this bank even remains in business is a mystery. Definitely not a bank that is focused on building personal relationships.
