Discovery Bank most pathetic bank/company in SA

I have phoned Discovery a few times to cancel my credit card due to bad service, today I receive an email statement reflecting interest went through the account. Now, why was this account not cancelled when instructed? Do you advise your ex clients that their accounts are closed but it is kept open for future *****??? Come on guys, its not difficult. This just confirm to me that I made the correct decision to walk away from doing business with Discovery. Its sad to say that Discovery gives a sh@t about their clients or customer service. I personally think you dont deserve do be in business anymore. Consumers, BE WARNED!
