Discovery Bank, Life and car and household insurance!!!!

Discovery Bank. I changed to Discovery Bank. I changed my salary to pay into discovery bank. I changed all my debit orders to discovery bank demand savings account. Not all debit orders went off due to bank error. One was discovery life and one was discovery car and house hold insurance. I got notified via email of my policy will be cancelled within 30 days. I phoned discovery and asked them to run the debit orders again. They failed. Discovery then advised me that discovery demand savings is not designed for debit order even though I had 5 debit orders go off successfully!!!!! They advised me my discovery bank credit card can be used. I updated the details and asked to run the debit order again!!! Discovery advised credit card debit orders not accepted! Phoned again and Discovery Bank said it should be accepted!!! I got notice my policy my car and house hold insurance was cancelled due to being in arrears!!! After being with discovery for 12.5 years fully paid. They expose me to not being insured and still not resolving my issue!!! I have to revert to making a once off payment!! And changing my bank details to Nedban****!

I am not satisfied with the service after I want to give all my business to discovery!!! I am diamond status, money, car and bank. I.e dedicated to discovery and then this happens.

I also want to buy a new car and now cannot collect my car because discovery won’t give me a cover letter because my policy is cancelled!!!!
