Discovery Bank Keeps my positive balance after closing my card Account!
I closed my Discovery Bank card account at the beginning of August 2024. There was a positive balance of R240 - the bank decided to keep the positive balance rather than transfer it to my main account. The complaint Number is ***3. THIS IS TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!
