Discovery Bank is unhelpful
Good day
We urgently need your help Funds were transferred internationally from BSP on the 26th of June 2025 Till today those Funds have not cleared in my partners bank account
No one at Discovery is willing or able to provide answers and when we send an email with the swift code to investigate, the Discovery consultant is on leave!!! According to Discovery there is no trace of the funds
This service is ridiculous and why suggest paying via Swift Code for "easy transfer" but when push comes to shove no one bothers to help! This is an enormous amount of money that cannot just vanish into the air!
