Discovery Bank is *****ulent and a bunch of *******

Last week my account was placed on hold. I was not able to access any of the available funds until this morning. I saw money that was in my transaction account was moved to my credit card by Discovery without any notification or any form of communication from Discovery. Is that bot ***** or theft? I was placed under debt review where a monthly amount was agreed upon by my debt review councilors and Discovery but now Discovery has gone and taken all the available funds in my account all at once! How are people supposed to live if the bank is able to just take everything all at once after an amount payable monthly was agreed upon??????? This is not proper business ethics and i will be opening a case of theft against Discovery Bank today!!!!
