Discovery bank is trash

I have had the discovery account for three months. In that time, I have asked for Proof of Payment for a refund. I did not get it and an alternative plan was not made for me by Discovery agents, so I am going to lose R529.44.

Secondly, there was money a card payment made from my account but I did not lose the card. R250 came out of my account. I called the ***** line, I spoke to Precious who then hung up on my. I called again and another agent in the ***** department hung up on me. In 3 months, I have lost R800. I regret opening this account.
