Discovery Bank is the worst when it comes to service

So discovery claims to have offer an easy online credit application so I gave it a shot and to my surprise, it's nothing even close to how they advertised.

I app**** for a credit card n I have been waiting for simple feed back for 2 weeks I have had to follow up on countless occasions and every time am told the same tag line " the application is with the verification department n u will get feed back by end of the week, iv had 2 end of the weeks with no feedback.

This false advertising will do your reputation more Harm than good n the fact that your agent gives false turn time

I wonder what r u gonna say time around...🙄

If My application has been declined just say soo cnt b waiting for 2 weeks just for simple feedback..
