DISCOVERY BANK IS THE WORST EVER - DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DISCOVERY BANK IS THE WORST EVER!!!!!!! THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE GONE THE BANKING WAY -they are not ready for it!!!!! My "minute" problem is that when we were moved from FNB (who we were with since the 1st day you could get a Discovery credit card) Discovery bank switched my cell phone number with my husband so he's getting all my verification codes when I try to do online banking (which is all the time during Covid). I started phoning about two weeks ago asking for my cell number to go with my credit card and my husband's cell phone number to go with his credit card - call after call - 7 calls later the problem still have not been sorted out. The biggest joke ever is that when you call they say you will be connected with a banker - I am also with Investec and I know what a banker is supposed to do. Discovery bank has a call centre with untrained and unskilled people (not bankers!!!!) working for them. On every call I asked if they would get back to me and the answer was always yes - only one of the 7 got back to me. When I asked her name and surname she refused - she said she's not allowed to give that information!!!!!!!!!!!!! - this only tells me that the staff is trained not to take responsibility. And so we go on ... again tried to buy R5 000 electricity this morning with MY credit card - code again going to my husband at work ... THANK GOODNESS I HAVE AN INVESTEC CARD AS WELL>
