Discovery Bank is the worst

I app**** for a credit card on Clearscore. A lady from Nedbank called me and said she will assist me. She then proceeded to tell me to download the app and went through the steps what I must enter on the app. Now I have a transactional account with monthly fees - this is not what I asked for. I ASKED TO APPLY FOR A CREDIT CARD ONLY!!! CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!! Useless service!

Thanks for reaching out to us.

It’s pretty easy to add an account. All you have to do is:

1. Log in to the Discovery Bank app.

2. Select “Accounts”.

3. Click on the three dots in the top right corner.

4. Select “Add account”.

5. Choose the account you want to open.

Seriously? You can't even read my complaint properly. You need to cancel the transactional account that the lady said I must create. That is not what I asked for.
