Discovery Bank is the worst bank ever

I ordered a card in January and for some reason it didn't get delivered to me, i ordered again in March and still I don't have the card, and obviously it's annoying that I have to service a account that i have limited access to, I have spoken to DSV countless times and the reasons they are giving for not delivering the cards don't add up and i find it totally disrespectful honestly. The last person i spoke to at DSV was worse, they couldn't even apologize on behalf of the company which i found extremely arrogant, and she told me the delivery team will call me to arrange delivery, I still havent received that call or that card. i just want discovery to close this account if they cant deliver the card in the next 48hrs.
