discovery bank is the worst bank

discovery bank is the worse bank ever. after being hacked 7 times immediately behind each other in one day for R500.00 per time, i called in and asked that the pending transactions be stopped. was told that the transactions must go through to be lodged as *****. after this happened, i was told i had no claim and lost R3500.00. i settled the outstanding amount on the 2.9.2024, and closed the account on the 4th, only to find that R360.00 card fees were added on the 9th. Discovery now wants the R360.00 BEFORE they will close the account. i have called in everyday from the 4th with absolutely no joy. i have asked the last 3 people to physically go to a senior that can resolve this, but all i get it "i have escalated" it. absolutely pathetic, and i doubt that they even check Hello Peter because they are corporate bullies.
