Discovery Bank is the worst

I recently opened a Discovery Bank account. I then called them to ask about alternative ways of funding my account except EFT and was then told I can use any Pick n Pay branch to do so and will be able to access the funds immediately. Today I went to deposit the money but the it did not reflect immediately as promised. I then called their call center and the agent promised to investigate and will get back to me in 5 minutes. Almost 2 hours later I made another phone call and another agent promised to get back to me in a few minutes. Now 1 hour 30 minutes later I still haven't received any feedback from them and I have been holding on the line for more that 20 minutes.
