DISCOVERY BANK IS SH*T

One star is not even deserved here! It should be minus!

Discovery Bank has been absolutely USELESS! I have been querying the same issue from last year September it is now MAY and it still hasn't been resolved. Nobody gets back to you, nobody respects the time customers have put in to log an issue, NO ONE cares. I would rather go back to my old bank that had no issues and dealt with queries timeously & professionally. I now want to close my discovery account and yet NO one has gotten back! Like, do people even work there? Why did you launch a half-ass bank? Why did you launch at all?

If you are thinking of banking with discovery- please don't! It's a big ****!

P:S- My issues were raised way before the pandemic and yet zero efficiencies. I would have understood if it was recent. This is ridiculous. This bank is an actual joke! How can I entrust you with my money when you cannot take care of absolute basics like calling a customer back time after time? It takes 10 follow up calls to get the same stupid message!
