Discovery bank is run from a garage

If I could give zero stars I would. I wanted to give the bank the opportunity from the first day they opened to wow me and show me they are trustworthy and reliable and not make empty promises. Unfortunately there have been too many instances where they have publicly and blatantly defied the trust of their new loyal customers to fund their very “run from a garage bank”. Please close your doors to the public and only offer your services once it is working as advertised.
