Discovery Bank is PATHETIC!!!

If you know whats best for you stay away from Discovery Bank. I have never come accross such a pathetic bank!! Last week Thursday funds went out of my account. I immediately phoned the bank and as per ***** my account has been freezed. Luckily I transferred all my money to a different account, cause not even an hour later I recieved another SMS stating that funds was attempted however declined. According to Discovery Bank the ***** turnover time is 72 hours, however its almost a week later and have not recieved any feedback! Today I recieved a few messages stating that I attempted to bought Mango airline tickets and so forth. When I phoned them they gave the response of "there is no manager on the floor" and "all the managers is in a meeting". And guess what I still have not recieved any feedback. What is next?? Someone using my ID?

Discovery bank is truly unreliable and pathetic!!

Stay away from the bank before someone else *****s your money as well!!
