Discovery Bank is online only however you can't get in online

This is an online only bank. However you can't login to the bank on a web browser without ALSO having to have your phone on-hand, charged, with internet connection, then have to AGAIN login to the app, then take a selfie a number of times before it registers. By this time the website has timed out and you have to repeat the whole process!! Very inefficient and a waste of time. No other banks need this sort of effort to be able to login

The Discovery Bank app should not be requesting for a selfie each time you login.

Are you required to take a selfie every time you login?

When I want to log in on a web browser on my PC, then I also need to login on the phone app, as well as take a selfie on the phone in order to get into the accounts on the PC. It has been like this for a number of months.
Is there a way around this long procedure?
