Discovery Bank is Laothsome

Discovery Bank is the most loathsome organisation I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They could not make it more difficult for someone to give them business and money. They always promise to return calls and NEVER do. NEVER! There is always some insane new reason why the process can't be completed, and always some new useless person to talk to, and always more hours to be wasted waiting online, and always a need to uninstall and reinstall their useless app, and much more to cause one to lose the will to live. My wife and I have wasted many hours over 3 months of trying. I've had a Discovery card for years, but had to cancel it to switch this horrific bank. They make it impossible to do do business with them I strongly advise everyone never to try. It'll be the worst business experience of your life. That I have insurance, had credit card, belong to their medical aid and more, means nothing. They simply don't want anyone to do business with them. Give up and go to any other bank, any bank. None are as horrific as Discovery. Discovery does not want you as a client.
